Junior Business Controller
The Junior Business Unit Controller supports the financial performance management of the Business Unit through reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Acting as a business partner to operational teams, the role contributes to informed decision-making and continuous improvement of finance processes and reporting tools.
Core Tasks
Assist operations on a day-to-day basis for any finance-related matters.
Review actual results, projections by nature and destination with operations, and update the forecast accordingly.
Ensure budgetary analysis and presentations are prepared on a timely basis.
Participate in the process of implementing new procedures.
Participate in the process of developing management/reporting tools that help to monitor the business unit performance, i.e., dashboards, OPEX report file for operations.
Perform ad hoc financial analyses for management.
Skills & Qualifications
Good communication skills and good interpersonal skills (the role involves interaction with operational teams)
Willingness to learn and adapt to Dixstone financial model
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
Between 0 - 3 years of experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Languages: English, French
