Good communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

Familiarity with ticketing or helpdesk systems (advantage but not required).
Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in an IT support or related role.
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
Growth opportunity
As we continue to expand rapidly—including doubling the size of our team this year—you will have numerous chances to demonstrate your skills and grow your career. While none of the following are strict requirements, they offer excellent ways to gain visibility, contribute meaningfully, and accelerate your development:
Proactivity & Ideas: We are building processes and ways of working from the ground up. Fresh ideas that improve efficiency, structure, or collaboration are highly valued and can have an immediate impact.
Automation: Many teams still rely on manual processes. Identifying quick automation wins can significantly improve operations and position you as a key contributor.
French Language Skills: Our internal clients are largely based in West Africa. Although the team works in English, having someone who can communicate in French—and is open to occasional travel—would be a strong asset.
