The “IT Product Owner – Operations & HR” is a key member of the IT Systems team at Dixstone, working at the intersection of business operations and technology. This role partners closely with HR stakeholders and various business units to ensure enterprise systems effectively support business processes, reporting, and decision-making.
Dixstone has embarked on a greenfield rollout of a new ERP system to set up a digital core for our global operations. We envision an interlinked platform that seamlessly runs the business processes of all our functions, from Asset Management to Finance. This position offers a unique opportunity to help shape the future IT landscape, drive process automation, and prepare the organisation for advanced analytics and AI adoption.
Responsibilities
Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimisation of ERP modules (EAM, QHSE, HR).
Act as a trusted technology advisor for Business Units and the HR department.
Stay on top of operational and strategic initiatives of the business and co-create a roadmap for new feature rollouts.
Analyse business processes and translate operational and functional requirements into system solutions within the ERP and related platforms.
Work closely with vendors, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable and scalable system interfaces.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency through system enhancements.
Support testing, deployment, and change management for new systems and integrations.
Collaborate with the data team to improve data consistency, reporting, and AI readiness.
Build strong relationships with business users and deep process knowledge.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
5–7 years of experience as a product owner or systems analyst supporting complex application landscapes.
Experience with ERP/EAM systems (SAP, IFS, or similar) is strongly preferred.
Strong ability to understand business operations and map them to system functionality.
Excellent communication skills, proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations, and drive consensus.
Hands-on, analytical problem-solver with a collaborative and pragmatic approach.
Comfortable working in a growing, evolving IT environment.
Fluency in English is essential; French is an advantage.
